Shipping policy

Click and Collect is free of charge and available from 187a Jackson Street, Petone, Lower Hutt.

All New Zealand orders: $10.00 Standard Shipping. Excludes Wall Clocks, which cannot be shipped and must be collected from Petone.

Low On Time ships nationwide in New Zealand. We do not offer international delivery.

We use NZ Post to deliver products. Their target delivery for packages is the next working day. Rural Deliveries may take 3-5 working days.

Packages are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Orders placed before 1pm will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on Mon/Wed/Thur, or placed on Tue/Fri/Sat/Sun, will be sent out the following Mon/Wed/Thur.  

Signature is required upon delivery so please ensure that someone will be available at the address to sign for the package. If not, a 'Card to Call' will be left by the courier at the address for collection of the package.  If your package has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us immediately and from there we will track the item.

Low On Time is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your product/s. The delivery times for shipping are average expected time. This does not include delays such as weather, courier breakdowns or busy holiday seasons such as Christmas.

If an item is missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with the receipt and evidence.

Changes to delivery addresses are only possible before your order is dispatched. Call us on 04 260 0088 as soon as possible to request a change. Please do not email us, as we may not get to it in time.
